What helps us quote it
You don't need all of this. Whatever you have saves a phone call later.
- The address, or the parcel ID if the lot has no address yet
- Roughly how big the area is
- What's on it now: palmetto, pines, oaks, brush
- What you want at the end: a house pad, an open yard, a driveway, a level spot
- Any trees you want to keep
- House plans or a site plan, if you're building
- Any gopher tortoise burrows you've noticed
Just need a delivery?
For fill dirt or millings, tell us what it's for and about how much ground it needs to cover. If you already know how many loads you want, even better.
Then tell us where the truck can get in and where you want the load dumped. A loaded dump truck needs a clear way in, so mention low wires, a narrow gate or soft ground.
After you send it
We'll call you at the number you gave, during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Sending the form doesn't commit you to anything, and nothing goes on the schedule until you've said yes to the quote. If it can't wait, call (321) 638-4636.
Questions people ask
Where do I find my parcel ID?
It's on your property tax bill and in the Brevard County Property Appraiser's records. If the lot is vacant, the nearest cross streets work to start.
Why do you want to see the land before quoting?
No two lots are the same. How thick the growth is, how many stumps there are, whether the debris gets hauled or mulched and how much fill the pad takes all change the job. We'll usually want to see the land, or photos of it, before we give you a number.
